Jennifer Rouse
Director of Operations / Chief Compliance Officer
Jennifer oversees the operational activities of the Golub Group and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Jennifer has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her Primary responsibilities include Human Resources, Golub Group performance reporting, oversight of client administration, and client invoicing. Prior to joining the Golub Group, Jennifer was a portfolio administrator for Stafford Capital management, LLC in San Francisco. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Western International University.  She lives in Alameda, CA with her husband, Roger.

Diane Johnson
Client Service Manager
Diane is a member of the Operations Team at Golub Group. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. As part of the Operations Team, Diane’s primary responsibility is to help in the fulfillment of daily requests made by clients of the firm. She joins us from Bank of New York Mellon Corporation where she provided client service and administrative support to a team of Senior Relationship Managers. She and her husband reside in Simi Valley and have one adult son.

Cindy Cutler
Client Service Manager
Cindy is a member of the Operations Team at Golub Group and brings over five years of experience in the financial services industry.  As a Client Service Manager, Cindy provides support to the Financial Advisors as well as the Director of Operations.  She also serves as the primary liaison between Golub Group and its custodians.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business Management from CSU San Bernardino, and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.  Cindy resides in San Francisco with her husband.

Debbie Koelling
Executive Service Manager
Debbie’s career spans more than 35 years in high tech, customer-facing experience, most recently in sales and technical solutions at Microsoft. She is part of the Operations Team, focused on supporting the CEO and Senior Staff on project based activities. Debbie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. She lives in Menlo Park and has two sons and two grandchildren.

Alexandra Westbrook
Office Administrator
Alex is a member of the Operations Team. She joins Golub Group with the ambition and passion for building her career in finance and investment management. Alex offers client relations support to the Private Client Group, as well as the other teams, in an operations and administrative capacity. Alex graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Managerial Economics. Alex grew up in Foster City and currently resides in Millbrae.
