Golub Group participated in our first ever J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge! The JPM Corporate Challenge in San Francisco is an annual race series that takes place every September. Participants, who represent corporations large and small from a wide range of industries, run in a five-kilometer race to celebrate teamwork, camaraderie and community. The Challenge drew over 10,500 runners from 350 companies. The course began and ended near McCovey Cove in San Francisco, and looped around roads and piers between AT&T Park and the Ferry Building on San Francisco’s Embarcadero. The race also benefits the Warriors Community Foundation.

As part of Golub Group’s Wellness initiative, we had one-third of our firm participate in this year’s race. To prepare, Team Golub Group trained together by running roughly three miles near our office every Tuesday and Thursday over several months. The team was comprised of experienced to novice runners, and everyone in between.

All participants from Team Golub Group completed the race with finish times we were extremely proud of. We were delighted to partake in this celebration and proud to represent our firm amongst our Bay Area community.

An emphasis on wellness is something that Golub Group values and continues to push forward for its team members. We hope to continue this tradition and participate in next year’s race.
